Stanco TT40-670 UltraSoft® 40 Cal CAT 4 Arc Flash Bib Overalls

The Stanco TT40-670 bib overalls provide industry-leading protection for high-energy electrical environments requiring NFPA 70E CAT 4 compliance. These overalls are constructed using a dual-ply layer of Westex UltraSoft® fabric, combining a 13 oz. outer layer with a 9 oz. liner to achieve a certified ATPV of 40 cal/cm².

Designed for maximum utility and worker comfort, these overalls utilize a specialized 88% cotton and 12% high-tenacity nylon blend. This ensures the garment remains soft and breathable for all-day wear while providing permanent, life-of-the-garment flame resistance that will not wash out.
