The Stanco TT40-635 is a cornerstone of the Temp-Test® series, offering robust upper-body protection for electrical workers. This 35-inch coat is constructed from a high-performance, dual-ply blend of Westex UltraSoft® fabric, utilizing a 13 oz. outer layer matched with a 9 oz. liner to achieve its superior thermal rating.

By using an 88% cotton and 12% high-tenacity nylon blend, the TT40-635 provides the breathable comfort of a natural fiber with significantly enhanced abrasion resistance. The flame-resistant properties are inherent to the fabric, ensuring that the 40 cal protection remains effective for the life of the garment, regardless of industrial laundering.
